Car maintenance tracker

Car maintenance tracker: keep your service history organized

When was the oil changed? Who replaced the battery? Where is the receipt?

Car Czar brings your maintenance and repair records together, so the answers stay with the vehicle. Record the work, attach the receipt, and keep your household’s cars organized in one shared garage.

Remember the work, not just the bill

A receipt tells part of the story. Add the service date, mileage, cost, shop, and notes to give it context. Log routine maintenance and unexpected repairs, including work you do yourself.

The next time someone asks what was done, you have a record to check.

Keep receipts with the right service

Attach a receipt photo to a service entry. On the web, you can also upload an image or PDF. Keep the supporting document beside the details it explains, instead of searching through emails and your camera roll.

The car maintenance log is where those details live.

Give your household a shared record

Invite family members to a garage so they can view and log work against the same vehicles. Entries show who recorded them. When one person takes the car in, the next person can see what happened.

See the history you have built

On the web, Car Czar’s vehicle timeline brings services, fill-ups, odometer readings, and recorded recall fixes into chronological order. You can also export a vehicle’s service history as a CSV.

When you sell the car, Car Czar supports transferring its recorded history to the buyer’s account using a code or QR. You choose whether to include receipt photos.

Build a routine around your records

Car Czar includes a monthly vehicle checklist and an Upcoming list for flagged items, checklists, and inspection, registration, and renewal dates. Factory maintenance schedules and automatic mileage-based service forecasting are not available yet; use your owner’s manual for service intervals.

See how checklists and renewal reminders sit next to those records.
